I’m a Texas Realtor with Vibrant Real Estate serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
What sets me apart from many agents is my background in residential construction and real estate investing. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years working directly in the building side of real estate and investing in properties myself. That hands-on experience gives me a deeper understanding of what makes a home truly valuable.
When I walk through a property, I’m not just looking at the layout or finishes. I’m evaluating the quality of the construction, looking for potential problems, and thinking about the long-term value of the investment.
Over the years, I’ve negotiated many real estate transactions from the perspective of an investor, which has sharpened my negotiation skills and my ability to structure strong deals for my clients.
I work with a wide range of buyers and sellers, from first-time homebuyers to investors and clients purchasing luxury properties. No matter the price point, my goal is the same: help my clients make confident decisions and protect their investment.
